In addition to our general range of services, we also offer tax consulting for social institutions:

  • Preparing your financial accounting in line with the standard chart of accounts SKR 45 in accordance with the Care Accounting Ordinance.
  • Preparing your payroll accounting in accordance with the requirements of SGB XI, taking into account the industry-specific features of working hours, rosters and tax-free allowances for night and holiday work and possible surcharges exempt from wage tax and social insurance contributions.
  • Determining recurring profits or preparing annual financial statements in accordance with the Ordinance on the Accounting and Bookkeeping Obligations for Care Institutions (PBV) with private/business tax returns in compliance with the requirements for VAT and business tax exemption.
  • We look for ways to optimise taxes, plan tax prepayments and monitor performance targets together with you.
  • We represent you in all matters vis-à-vis the tax office and the social insurance agencies, especially during tax audits by the tax authorities and paid-in premium accounts audits by the German Pension Insurance.
  • We consult on business management issues, prepare business assessment (BWA) budget figures, variance analyses and work with you on developing company objectives and concepts and oversee their implementation.
  • We compile your documents and prepare your nursing rate negotiations, including the remuneration surcharges according to Art. 43 b German Social Insurance Code (SGB) XI and the investment cost ratio.
  • We consult you in all financial matters, purchasing or sales and support you in your expansion and other investment plans.
